EHE Consultants Oy – Terms of Service Helsinki, Finland

1. Scope of Services
EHE Consultants Oy (“We”) provides the following services to Clients (“You”):

a. Admissions & Applications:

Processing at Universities/UAS in EU Schengen countries.

b. Visa Processing:

Student, Visit, and Family Settlement visas at EU immigration offices.

2. Client Obligations

a. All submitted documents must be genuine, officially certified, and meet EU/Schengen admission/visa requirements.

b. No forged/fake documents will be tolerated, as they may cause delays or legal consequences.

3 .Service Fees & Payment

Fees for all services (admissions, visa processing, legal consultations) must be mutually agreed in advance.

VAT (25.5%) is included in service fees and paid to vero.fi.

Additional costs (apostilles, health insurance, VFS fees, travel) are borne by the Client.

4.Legal & Additional Services

Legal consultation, appeals, or court-related services require prior fee agreement.

Business plan preparation/review incurs separate fees as per legal experts’ rates.

Additional services require a signed “Mutually Agreed Services Agreement”.

5.Communication & Procedures

Clients must follow SOPs for visa categories and communicate only via official email/EHE portal.

6.Refund Policy

50% refund (after deducting 25.5% VAT + 25% service fee) applies only if:

Client withdraws before university/immigration applications are processed.

No refunds after submission to authorities.
